Initial Subscription Refunds (Within 7 Days): For new subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with Popupular within this period, you may request a full refund.

Service Disruptions: In the event of a significant and prolonged service disruption caused by our platform (excluding scheduled maintenance), which prevents you from utilizing the service, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for subscription cancellations made after the 7-day initial period, except in cases of significant service disruptions as mentioned above.
